This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made for subscription services offered by SublimeTraders.com (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to and using our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

1. General Policy

All payments for subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Policy. Customers are solely responsible for the timely cancellation of their subscriptions. Failure to cancel a subscription prior to the renewal date will result in charges for the upcoming billing cycle, which are not eligible for refund.

2. Customer Responsibility for Cancellations

  • Subscriptions must be cancelled directly by the Customer through the designated account management interface provided on SublimeTraders.com or by submitting a written cancellation request to our support team before the next billing date.
  • Refund requests based on claims of oversight, forgetting to cancel, or failure to properly complete the cancellation process will not be honored.

3. Service Downtime Exception

  • A partial or full refund may be considered only if the Customer provides documented evidence of a verified downtime of our services that prevented access or use for a significant period of time.
  • Refund eligibility under this clause is limited to the portion of the subscription period directly affected by the downtime.
  • The Company, at its sole discretion, will review all submitted evidence and determine whether a refund is warranted.

4. Non-Transferability

Refund rights under this Policy are non-transferable and apply solely to the Customer who has directly purchased the subscription from SublimeTraders.com.

5. One-Time Purchases

Where applicable, payments made for one-time products, add-ons, or services are also non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.

6. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a payment was made fraudulently or without authorization, you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to investigate and, if appropriate, provide a refund for unauthorized transactions.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your financial institution for a valid subscription payment may result in suspension or termination of your account. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team directly to resolve any payment disputes in good faith.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on SublimeTraders.com. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
